Download the Healow App & Access Your Child’s Account
Follow these simple steps to get started with Healow and connect to NxT Step Pediatrics.
Step 1: Download the App
Go to your phone’s app store and download the Healow App.

🤖 Android: Google Play Store
Step 2: Open the App & Get Started
Tap "Get Started"
Then tap "I agree to the Terms & Conditions"
Step 3: Enter Your Child’s Info
Type in your child’s:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Tap "Continue"
Step 4: Connect to Our Practice
Tap "Yes, I have a Practice Code"
Enter our code
Practice Code: HFAGCD
Step 5: Confirm Our Practice
When you see Nxt Step Pediatrics, tap:
"This Is My Practice"
Step 6: Verify Your Identity
Choose one of the available options to verify your identity
(e.g., Email, Phone Number, etc.)
Step 7: Set Your Password
Create and confirm a password that meets the password requirements
This will be used for your Healow account login
Step 8: Review and Accept Consent Forms
Check the boxes to confirm you’ve read the forms:
✅ "I have read the proxy consent form..."
✅ "I have read the consent form..."
Tap "Agree" to continue
Step 9: Create a 6-Digit PIN
Choose and confirm a 6-digit PIN
This PIN makes it quick and secure to open the app
Step 10: You’re All Set! 🎉
You’re now logged into the Healow app and connected to your child’s account with NxT Step Pediatrics.

Q: What do I do if I don’t know my Username or Password?
A: If you're unable to log in, please contact our front desk. We’ll be happy to assist you by resetting your login information and guiding you through the process over the phone.
Q: How do I link my children’s accounts together?

- If you as a parent already use the Healow app for your own primary care, you can also link your children to your account. If not, your CHILD will be listed as “self” instead of “child”
Note: If you have multiple children, we suggest using the same pin number and password for all of them.
